Even Layer Cakes Bakery (ELC) is a bakery business seeking funds to open a store front location in the Charlotte NC surrounding area. Starting the day with breakfast, to lunch and dinner. Customers will have the opportunity to experience dessert in an elegant atmosphere of southern hospitality accompanied with a luxurious presentation.

 

Even Layer Cakes Bakery truly stands by its slogan that “you can have your cake and your friends can too”. Each time a dessert is purchased a portion of the proceeds will be given to ELC non-profit organization to donate a cake or dessert to surviving victims who have won the battle of fighting cancer and or other deadly diseases. ELC believes that every life counts. That is why ELC created a non-profit organization, Every Life Counts Inc to promote their mission.
